Name: Rebekah Christine
Location: Banks, Oregon, US
Rebekah is a wonderfully active little girl fighting for her life; and WINNING. She lives with her mommy and daddy and her younger sister Sarah. In the end of 2004 we found out Rebekah likely had Cerebral Palsey as well as some other muscular/nerological issues (Dyspraxia). It took 6 months for us to get over that and get her started with special classes to help her grow to her fullest potential. Then, in April 2005 she was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, an inoperable cancer (it does not deserve a capital "C") in her face and neck. This Blog is about how this beautiful little girl and her family are coping with life on a day to day basis. Come share with us. It's okay to cry, to laugh, to love and to pray but whatever you do, go home and love your own little ones just that much more. Your family is in my prayers
Heavenly Father, please let this family feel your Holy Presence, and your healing touch today. Bring them some peace, and guide their decisions this week. Lord, provide the help they are needing this week with Sarah. I pray that Rebekah's fever resolves quickly, and she continues to grow stronger and gain weight. In your Holy name, Amen.

Don't worry about blogger. The Holy Spirit knew your concerns and whispered them in our ears last night. I prayed for her at 2:30 am. My children get odd when they are coming down with a virus, they will fight more and be so cranky. So I can see how a fever would make her combative.
