Visit Rebekah's Page to get updates, read messages and send messages to Rebekah and her family through comments. This is a public "diary" of a family whose little girl started a battle with inoperable cancer in April 2005. In December 2007 our house burned down. And in September 2009 Mommy was diagnosed with a terminal disease (a genetic form of ALS) that took her to Heaven in July, 2011, leaving Daddy and two young girls to make it on their own. Over several years of ups and downs, you will get into our hearts, minds and souls as we share joys and sorrows. It can sometimes be very difficult to read. We hope it is also uplifting. Please find joy in what you read here.

EMERGENCY UPDATE!
I just received a call from Scott from the hospital. Rebekah has been in surgery all morning and is "Not doing well at all". The time is 12:10 PST.
I am heading over to the hospital at this time, and will add more as I learn what is going on. In the meantime let us all get on our knees and pray to our almighty God for support for the Adams. More to come... Steve Johnson

Praying...
I have no words. God bless you.
We have been praying fervently throughout the day....and will continue....Olivia has been more specific in her prayers today- at one point asked "Jesus to help Rebekah's booboo stop bleeding because she is just a big mess and will need to take a bath"....I have never heard her use the word "bleeding" before - first time in her vocabulary. I haven't read the updates yet...but am wondering if there was a problem with blood loss during surgery....
Just know that you are in our hearts and prayers always!
Deb, Randy and Olivia
