Visit Rebekah's Page to get updates, read messages and send messages to Rebekah and her family through comments. This is a public "diary" of a family whose little girl started a battle with inoperable cancer in April 2005. In December 2007 our house burned down. And in September 2009 Mommy was diagnosed with a terminal disease (a genetic form of ALS) that took her to Heaven in July, 2011, leaving Daddy and two young girls to make it on their own. Over several years of ups and downs, you will get into our hearts, minds and souls as we share joys and sorrows. It can sometimes be very difficult to read. We hope it is also uplifting. Please find joy in what you read here.

Emergency Admit
Just a quick early morning update. Mommy took Rebekah in for radiation at 6am this morning and they took one look at her and determined "this isn't right." They called over to the hospital and are admitting her to try and figure out how to fix (if possible) her constant bleeding. There will be no radiation until further notice.
I don't know what specifically to ask for. If you were in line to help us out this week please realize that may all be up in the air right now.

Praying, too!
I have a call for continual prayer at my blog today. Two hours have been filled so far today, and I trust there will be more. My hope is that prayers will be sent up every minute of the day today.

Prayers from Ohio - and lots of love, too.
Stay strong. We are all praying for Rebekah.
Father God we lift Rebekah up into your arms. Lord comfort her and remove her pain. Father heal this child in your Son Jesus' name.
We come together as believers God to pray for your precious child Rebekah. We pray that she is already healed, that she is already cancer free, she is already freed from the bondage of pain.
We will keep you in our prayers. Please know we are here for you.
Echoing all the heartfelt prayers of others with much love and compassion!
God bless you all. I pray for Rebekah every day and ask God to please heal her and take away her pain. I pray for strength for Mommy and Daddy too.
