More SNAFU than usual.
There is always confusion and snafu, but this is bugging us more than others.
We are still at the hospital, or more accurately mommy and Rebekah are. We were ready to be discharged before noon. All the papers were signed and everything packed and ready to be out the door.
Then we ran into problems with scheduling “home health care”. It seems they did not have “Time” to come to our “home” and have forced us to wait around 3 ½ more hours so they can come see us in the hospital. 3 ½ more hours is not a lot more time in the grand scheme of things but after being here for 11 days now WE WANT OUT!

Hoping this snag will pass quickly. Praying you ALL have a grand sleep in your own beds, and praying that the care of precious Rebekah is not too overwhelming for you. May you feel His peace as you settle into things again, and may all of the other necessities be taken care of.
Love to you all, Alison and clan
That's so frustrating. Praying you get out of there asap!
LET THEM OUT! LET THEM OUT! LET THEM OUT! hopefully that will help. Home, such a wonderful place to be...your own bed, your own pillows...when you get home enjoy being a family...praying for you my friends.
Hi Rebekah, you do not know me or my family. We are friends of Maggie. When I went to Maggie's site today I saw so many notes from people who had come from your page. I wanted to thank you for asking your family and friends to pray for Maggie. It touched my heart to see all the extra prayers and words of encouragement. I wanted to let you know that my family will be praying for you daily. We will also ask our church family to pray as well. We know that the Lord can do miracles and always has you in His loving arms. Stay strong and know that you are loved. Thank you again for asking people to pray for Maggie. Jim, Connie, Angelica and Melysa Mae Juengel
I feel your frustration. It never fails that hospitals keep you around for one reason or another. I hope you make it home tonight to the comfort of your own home. Just click your heels three times and repeat after me: "there's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home". I'll check back in with you later tonight. I can't wait for Gabbie and Rebekah to meet. It will happen, I just know it will!
Blessings and Prayers,
I don't blame you one little bit there!
It might not be a lot of time in the grand scheme of things...but it sure can feel like forever! Hope you'll be able to be home and in your own beds tonight.
Paul and Silas waited too, in chains in the jail. God delivered them, He'll deliver you, too.
Sweet friends,
It's late in Georgia so I'm heading to bed. Your blog is the first I go to every morning and the last I go to before I log out at night. We are praying for you always. Hope you made it home and are enjoying your things.
Hugs and Love from Gabbie's family,
God bless you in the waiting!
