Visit Rebekah's Page to get updates, read messages and send messages to Rebekah and her family through comments. This is a public "diary" of a family whose little girl started a battle with inoperable cancer in April 2005. In December 2007 our house burned down. And in September 2009 Mommy was diagnosed with a terminal disease (a genetic form of ALS) that took her to Heaven in July, 2011, leaving Daddy and two young girls to make it on their own. Over several years of ups and downs, you will get into our hearts, minds and souls as we share joys and sorrows. It can sometimes be very difficult to read. We hope it is also uplifting. Please find joy in what you read here.

Rebekah gets a visitor. She's a little unsure at first but very clearly happy!
In the post earlier today we talked about how great the nurses are here. This just proves it! Nurse Stephanie is great!! But, will someone please try and figure out why she (Stephanie) will post comments on
Maggie's page but not Rebekah's????

Oh she looks so much better now! I hope and pray that everything continues to go well and that Rebekah gets even more visitors that make her smile:)
Very cute! What a smile!
what a smile!!
My daughter has been back in the hospital so I have not had a chance to check in for awhile. I was pleasantly surprised to read today and see things are going fairly well. I love seeing her smiling face and hearing stories about her laughter. May God continue to bless, strengthen and heal precious little Bekah. The hardest thing is seeing little children suffer. Thanks to God that we know it is temporary.
Oh how wonderful to see how happy this beautiful girl looks, I am thrilled to be reading such updates! Rebekah is looking fantastic!
Just found your site after seeing a link on a blog.
So sad to read about all you and your darling daughter have been through so far.
Makes me grateful for every little thing with my two boys.
I am sending tons of prayers and good wishes for you and Rebekah. She is surely a special little girl.
That beautiful smile warmed me through and through. Blessings and prayers for my dear little friend Rebecca and her family. You are never far from my mind.
Oh what a treat!
LOVE that smile.
Look at that beautiful smile! What a precious little girl!
I love that they let animals come into the sick rooms... how much their spirits are raised when they get to touch a licky, sniffy, furry dog!
Awesome!
